Recently I picked up some moulds, and included was this Lyman 280483 that has been modified/converted to a 322-200 apparently by a certain WH Wolf. The sprue plate has been replaced by a fabricated one and both sides of it are polished to a mirror shine.
Does anyone know anything about this person/company?

I believe you are talking about Werner Wolf, a Hamilton, MT resident. A very respected machinist and Schuetzen shooter, in his day. Werner is even older than I am. I don't believe he is doing any machine work these days.
Thank you, Doughty. I found very limited information but enough to discover that he died a few years ago and was known for making quality firearm-related tools. Too bad I don't have an 8mm rifle to use with this mould.Quote:

It appears to have slightly cupped meplat. I've never seen that before.
