So far I have only fired 230 grain ball through it to test it. It did very well with that load. I plan on trying some 200 SWC soon.

Thank you for the information and resources provided. This pistol is .45 ACP. I bought it because I thought it was a good looking pistol. I was impressed with the workmanship and performance and...
I’ve recently acquired this 1911 and was told it was built for the Army Marksmanship unit. It is very tight and shoots like a dream. I became interested in its history and can only make a guess...
I have noticed a change in RCBS ways with customer service in the last year or so. They are still helpful but just not the same as they once were.
There are only two kinds of chronographs, those that have been shot and those that are gonna get shot. I have two that I currently use. A Oehler 35P when I’m wanting more accuracy and a Shooting...

I plan on shooting some cast in my Remington 1903 also.

I have a Remington M700 ADL dedicated to cast. It was originally a donor action for another project so I decided to do some cast testing before spinning the barrel off. It turned out to be be a...

Bringing this one back from the dead as I am still waiting on the finished product.

I vote for rebarreling the 03A3 with criterion or Krieger that meets match rules.

It is not cost effective to make my own with the prices that White Label Lubes charges for a high quality product that works so well. I just don’t bother with the mess of trying to find the...

I saw this one as well. My wife didn’t know what I was talking abou5 when it was pointed out. I just had to laugh about it.
I hold one almost everyday.
I love the P365 despite all the bad publicity from Sig haters. So far I have only about 300 rounds through it without a single hiccup yet. Shooting it is a pleasure...

I have tried Jakes years ago when I first started casting as it was easily bought on eBay. The 50/50 did ok for my pistol bullet. I tried some of the moly ceresin but didn’t care for it. It was...
For me I have the best luck in winter with the muck boots artic pro for everyday use. For extreme conditions or still activities I go with the custom Hoffman tall pacs with wool liners. I have an...

Are the Private messages working? I noticed that nothing has been listed since Saturday when I have sent many yesterday and today. I emptied my folder of old messages to make sure that wasn’t it.

Looks like you have too many for sure. Send the stars to me for safe disposal.

The benefit of owning the RCBS is that they would have a new part on its way to you free of charge. I have not had any trouble getting parts for any of my LAM II's and have yet to be charged for any...

Got a pound of Varget to try out using cast in .30-06 along with the Imr 4895 I already had. Might work for the Mosin as well. I wanted to get it for load work for jacketed .22-250, but it might...

For me it's 7-7.5 of 231/HP-38 with 429421. Tames the Vaquero to an enjoyable level and has been accurate for me. Using a 200gr rnfp is also nice with this.
Of those choices the H&K would have my vote. I'd suggest looking at the Walter PPQ which the VP9 is very close to without the premium price. I am very pleased with the PPQ.

I hope the going green part doesn't have the same effect powders that happened to "green" matches.
I was thinking it was the RCBS 09-115-RN but the weight is still light for that.
