    .450 Bushmaster Uppers ?

Anyone have first hand knowledge on the .450 Bushmaster? I don't know why, but I want one. Are they still being built? I can not seem to find one anywhere. Any comments would be welcome as I have zero experience with this round.

Got one and really like it. I picked it over 458 socom due to brass and loaded ammo availability.

Haven't shot any cast with it yet but plan to, hopefully in the near future.

Thanks for the reply. I have been looking at several sites and can not find anybody that has them. I would love to pick up one used, but no luck on that either. Are they that rare? Seems it would be great for hogs here in Fla.

Cabelas has them on sale right now for 689.
    They show "in stock".

A shooting buddy has one and likes it.

It looks like Bushmaster has them.

I'd have to dig around, but I thought there was a sight sponsor here that made a generic one, where it'd chamber 450 Bushmaster but he's not allowed to call it that because he hasn't paid Bushmaster to do so.

2wheel I think you are right. I belive we have a sponsor that builds AR uppers. I did not really pay attention too much as I just recently got into the AR scene. I would be more than happy to support a vendor first.

I bet it was fireball168 that offered the 450 barrel. They list them on their site.

If they are half as good as the 300 blk barrel I purchased for my savage then you'll have no worries buying one.

So where is fireball's site? I'm looking for one also. If he can build what I want, I'd like to get a quote.
