    Any 458 Socom Molders around?

If so, what are you using for molds, weights, etc.? I have a buddy that is getting one and he wants me to make him some boolits! Thanks for your input.

i have been using lyman's 457193 with 25 grains of h110 as well as rcbs's 45-500 gc with 23 grains of h110. i really like the 500 gr bullet seems to hit very hard. i have not had the chance to chrono either of these loads. also you may have to change the follower in the magizine or the last round may jam. if you change to a flat follower it will get rid of this. good luck

Where do you find a flat follower?

    Thanks.

Do you use 457 or 459 diameter for the socom? I see that is what the molds come in.

    Thanks
