Two things: First "engineers coffee". That's coffee with the aspirin already in it. (to be used only when coming up with last minute solutions to impossible problems)
Second coffee rule: A properly proportioned coffee mug should be able to hold half a pot of coffee.

Me too. I then forget the cup and find it days later when I go back to load the next time.

Just last night I had coffee while reloading - knocked over the cup all over the table and into a tray full of unprimed brass. So...no irreversible damage, just a big mess.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 S&W Long, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 10mm, 44 Special 44 Magnum. .223, 7.62x39, 7.62 x 54R, .30-06, 45-70, .32, .36, .44. .45. .50. .54. .58 and .60 round ball and various minies. And .375 heel crimped conical for those .36 conversions . KB6MRP on Discord

I judge the size of my coffee mug using my fist. If I can get my fist in it, it's big enough.
