Yep, wear a good mask at all times.
NIOSH P100 or N100 filters for lead abatement!
standard filters (N95) wont cut it

My small local indoor range is now trying to stop most jacketed shooting, mostly the big calibers, because of damage to the steel backstop. I don't know if thats the true cause or if it is the hard cast that are putting the big dings into the backstop. There are several shooters that won't shoot nothing but full power loads out of big bore handguns.
I'd prefer all cast because I get several 5 gal buckets from them ,although the copper I got, paid for the buckets in scrap.

For any place wanting to ban cast boolits, someone needs to pull some jhp's in front of them and show them how many have exposed lead on the base, where it needs to be covered the most.

need oversized powder funnels , PTX's or expanders ? just ask, I make 'em for most brands plus my own styles.

I was always taught to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder to find any!

Μολὼν λαβέ; approximate Classical Greek pronunciation [molɔ̀ːn labé], Modern Greek [moˈlon laˈve]), meaning "Come and take them" is a classical expression of defiance reportedly by King Leonidas in response to the Persian army's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae.
