    .38 spl CH die help

Told myself I wouldn't reload .38's unless it was cheap. So I picked up a steel die set at the gun show for $5. The guy was honest and sincere and I looked at them and they looked good. Well once I got home I found that the expander die didn't have the expander cylinder screw-in aparartus. I am kinda screwed, although I did notice that the decapper had a belling on the top. Am I suppose to take out the decapping pin and use this in the expander die, or does somebody know if one of the current manufacturer's expander die internal threads match the CH die??
    Thanks Cole

    What brand die is it?

My Lee dies for 38spcl/357mag have a floating expander that ride up and stop at the top screwin plug.
