This bottom metal does not require any inletting or gunsmithing and will accept your factory magazine spring, screws, and folower. We pulled out all the stops on these parts and have included a host of features that includes a 2 deg. draft, Inside-The-Bow Release, and the ability to use any aftermarket trigger originally intended for the Remington 700; including Jewell, Shilen, Timney, and Rifle Basix. This is not a welded unit of two pieces, but rather a true one-piece made from one solid drop-hammer forging.
