Shipping

Shipping is handled by United Parcel Service (UPS) for most of our retail products at the time of checkout. If your Ship To and Bill To addresses do not match, you will need to add a separate address for shipping in your account in the address book section. Williams Firearms Company Inc. must verify all billing addresses with the credit card company prior to shipment of any product. Orders that have unverifiable billing, and or shipping address will be voided. Check your e-mail for a minimum of 2 business days after your order is placed to see if there is a problem. All orders that are placed with non-operating e-mails that have a billing or shipping problem will be voided. All verified orders will be shipped within 1-3 buisness days excluding holidays. This policy is for parts that are good and in stock. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified by e-mail, phone, or both as to when the expected ship date will occur.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE All shipments are insured for damages. ALL packages should be inspected at the time of receipt for damage. If damage product is found you must retain all packaging materials and immediately notify UPS at 1-800- PICK UPS and Williams Firearms Company Inc. sales@williamfirearms.com to file the damage claim report. Williams Firearms Company Inc. will assist you in getting the matter resolved in the quickest possible manner. The CUSTOMER is responsible for filing the damage claim with UPS. Failure to notify UPS and Williams Firearms Company Inc. within 5 business days of the receipt of the merchandise will result in your claim being denied.

LOSS AND DAMAGES Williams Firearms Company Inc. is not responsible for any loss or subsequent damage associated with the use or installation of products sold.

RETURN POLICY All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise after 30 days from date of purchase. If you find that your merchandise is defective please contact us by email at sales@williamsfirearms.com or by phone at (888)257-3006 with a brief description of the defect. Warranty returns require an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). In order to obtain this number, you must first send us an email or telephone call requesting a RMA Number. Defective merchandise returned to us in the original packaging with ALL accessories will be replaced, repaired or credited. Defective merchandise returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired and returned as received. All returns must be sufficiently packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. All merchandise returned that is improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging will be returned to customer with no credits or further warranty repairs. Proper packaging is determined to be that the merchandise should be packaged in a box with sufficient padding inside the box around the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Please also note that warranty repairs take time. While Williams Firearms Company Inc. will make every effort to expedite the shipping of your repaired or replaced product, we will not be responsible for loss of usage of merchandise during this period of time nor will a loaner item be made available. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility on all returns to Williams Firearms Company Inc. Williams Firearms Company Inc. will return the repaired or replaced merchandise at no-charge.
