[For those living in the State of Illinois, you may find this of interest.]
HR 45 has been proposed by Bobby Rush of IL. For those of you who don't know, Bobby Rush was/is a member of the 60's group The Black Panthers. (Rush is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, as well as a former member and founder of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party.) This is his idea of reasonable gun control. By the way, this will apply for gun you already own, guess Bobby never read the Constitution about Ex Post Facto laws, but since when did the Constitution ever matter anyway.
