With the passage of the so called Constitutional Carry bill, we have heard that this part of the Old West is going to have streets filled with blood. Arizona has been an “Open Carry” state for over 90 years. Now that we have joined the ranks, or will come July 29, 2010, of Alaska and Vermont, neither of which have suffered the rivers of blood.
Hot on the heels of Constitutional Carry, Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law our new Immigration Law, also to become effective July 29. From the reaction of the Obama Administration, one could easily surmise that Arizona had not only become a nuclear power, but will actually set one off on July 29. We are getting more attention than Iran.
Ironically, Both Barack Obama and Janet Napolitano (DHS) have admitted that neither has read the Arizona bill. Oh, and we can add Eric Holder to the list of high placed officials who openly criticize the bill without having read it. Does Obamacare strike a* chord here?
