The model 24F gives you a 20 gauge topped by either a 17HMR, 22LR, 22 Hornet or 223.

Yup, they're all 24's, with a letter suffix indicating the combinations or options. There have been a lot of options over the years. I had a 24V (.30-30 over 20GA) that had one of the most accurate .30cal barrels on it that I have ever owned.

I got it to hunt deer and partridge with, put a Williams peep sight on it, sling swivels, and carried it in the woods for five years. In that time I saw not a single deer and flushed exactly one partridge. I am not a superstitious man, but I can read the writing on the wall and went back to bolt action and pump shotgun. It spent the rest of its time with me on the farm where it saw quite a bit of use removing woodchucks, raccoons, and coyotes. One of my friends just HAD to have it and made me an ofer that was too good to pass up. I don't believe he has shot it and it sits in his safe unused. One of these days he'll want to trade it back.....I hope.

My brother has one (I can't remember the letter right off but I believe it's the same as Ken's, 22lr over 20GA). Neat little ammo storage compartment in the stock. The rifle barrel on that one is a tack driver, too.

I remember the one with the 30-30 now that you mention it.
I also though that there was a 410/22, 28/? and a 16/?.
By ? I am thinking that there was options for that part.
I never recall one being in a 12 gauge not to say that there wasn't.

There was at least one version with a 12GA barrel, not sure what was on top but IIRC it was .30-30 and .223.
