He does not believe the 2nd Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms.

sadly the powers that be will look at the minority of votes .. in this case the 2% and ignore the will of the masses ( the 98% ) that state emphatically - we have the right own,shoot,and carry guns ...[sigh]
