8 May 2013 the House passed HB436 for all intent and purposes this is called the "Second Amendment Preservation Act". It is sitting on the Governor Desk awaiting his Signature, which he will do one of two things, Sign it into Law or Veto it, which we have the Votes to Override it. This is a very complex bill and it would not due to try to list al the Provisions, as soon as it is Posted I will try to present it in a Summary Form.
The Bill becomes Law on 08/28/2013, assuming all things goes as planed.
