View Full Version : Willy Snyder
Greetings all!
My name is Willy Snyder and I live in Pocatello, Idaho. Guns and hunting has always been on my mind. I am an outdoorsy type. I hunt, fish, motorcycle ride, snowmobile ride, rock climb, ski. Anything and everything having to do with being outside. I started this site to help give people a chance to communicate about reloading their own loads for their guns. I work as a manager at a local grocery store where I do just about everything there is to do in a store. I have been butchering meat for over 5 years and this past year I have received my Associate of Applied Science Degree up at Idaho State University.
Thanks

Hi Willy.
You aren't one for tooting your own horn, so I'm going to give it a blast or two. :p
Especially for our newer members, you should know that mostly, Willy keeps everything around here running smoothly, reads and enjoys posts, watching over all from behind the scenes like a benevolent father. But he is much more than that, and all of us owe him our thanks and support, big time.
What he didn't say is that he has made possible all three forums here: Gunloads, Reloaders Guide, and Cast Boolits (to which he gave a new home when they really needed it). Then, there are all the special features to be accessed through the Home Page: downloadable targets, loads section for cast and jacketed bullets, articles, links to hosted sites and more.... Look at the top of this page and go exploring. He touches a lot of lives through his creation in ways I'm certain he is mostly too modest to consider.
I consider it an honor to be able to help out. Fortunately, my biggest job around here is deleting Viagra ads (another one just now!!) because the atmosphere around here is so positive that I have never had to be a referee between members as moderators on many sites have to. As I can't always get out and around in the physical world these days, I have to credit Willy with helping me keep the few marbles I have left. There's always something here for me to think about, questions to research and answer if I can, and especially the constant interaction with all of you that participate to make this little forum the most friendly firearms site in existence. So thanks Willy!

Thanks for the very kind words there! I wish I could be more interactive in the communities but I'm always on the lookout for making the server better or answering e-mail questions that all the members have.. It's a great job and I enjoy bringing everyone togeather to join in on the conversation!
