I have been looking at the things at the GUN shop.To my delight I saw a 1871 1 1 /2 They were made for the US Army and also the New York State untle Militia.They were finshed bright not blue.This came with a bayonet,and has a 36 inch barrel.With a down payment I will be able to payments until I can take it home.This will be my first 50/70 bullets 350 425 lead should work research says it is one turn in 42 inch.I don,t like black tower and will work up wirh IMR 4579 or AA 5477.It will clean up nice bore is very nice.Does any like rolling blocks?
