Hello I will try to get the ball rolling. So where are you going to turkey hunt this year, private or public land.

There is a place in Preston Idaho that is Private land, but we have connections to get out there and hunt. LOTS of turkeys out there.

Where I live there is lots of public land owned by conservation, I like to hunt there but to many people...I might try my luck on my In Laws farm, I have about 3 food plots there,,,,,I have seen turkey there this past bow season

What kind of shot are you going to use? (If you use a shotgun that is)

I will be hunting public just west of me about 45 miles

Last year was done after 45 minutes of my first day :D

But wow what a exciting 45 minutes, ended up with a jake but it was great for my first bird :D

I use a Rem 870 express with a super full choke and rem 4x6 shot, some of the best 50 yard patterns ive ever seen!
