The included Web site, is one of some very good reference material, that is available on topics of great interest to us, the Gun Community.
I have had the book “The Second Amendment Primer”, by Les Adams, for a long time now, it was given to me by an co-worker, after one day on the job, during a heated argument at lunch, over the meaning of the Second Amendment, Personal Right, or only a Militia right.
At any rate, the person that gave me the book, said all you need to know about the 2a is in this book, keep it, and walked away.
