cut 3/4 to 1 1/2 inch squares (your preference) of ONE SINGLE PLY of paper tissue and GENTLY tamp one down on top of your powder with a pencil. You are trying to hold the powder against the primer hole, NOT compress the load.
Probably a pipsqueak load and you could experiment but I'd suggest 8.3 grns Unique AS MAXIMUM in a rifle not marked as or known to be definitely smokeless. |
