Obsolete and/or Off Brand powder questions

I have some winchester 540MS powder. Is it the same as the 540 shown in the load books without the "MS"? I also have some Winchester 500HS and can't find any loads for it. My dad used a lot of both but after his passing all the load data was lost.
I recently got some TURBO8000 and other NOBEL powders. The data for this stuff is almost nonexsistant. I found some 223REM loads using VEC SP9. I have some SP8 and am wondering if anybody has worked up a load for it. I have about 8 lbs of each and would hate to see it go to waste. As of now I am set up to load 38spc, 357, 308win, 223rem and 30-06. I also have some VEC SP3.

Any help here will be appreciated.
