What manuals do you have?
Please do not respond in text format. Clear communications are vital when we are dealing with loading ammo.
Are you looking for a practice load? Try this link at Alliant If she is using the gun for protection you might consider something with a little more energy but she needs lots of practice first. I know they are expensive but Corebon has really impressed me but I am using it in 44spec and 45 acp.

i went to site but no 150 gr lwc. im load 3.1 gr bulleye. but my wife say its kick to hard . do you think i can go down to 2.7. or sure i get a 148 gr mold.:)
You can use the load data for a heavier bullet (150-160gr) safely. 2.8 is the minimum BEYE load - you can go a bit lower, but be aware and careful you don't get a bullet stuck in the barrel. Even the lightest wadcutter loads are not pleasant to shoot in a snubbie, but they are managable enough to maintain proficiency. I don't shoot mine for pleasure, but I do shoot it regularly as I carry it every day.
Current manuals are the best deal on life insurance out there. One at minimum, three is safer, more is even better to insure the right data for the bullet you want to shoot.
I carry a 38 J-Frame. I practice with 144 gr wadcutters. I reloaded a couple hundred rounds last night. I loaded with 3.4 gr of Bullseye. This is a hot load but not max. BUT DO NOT TAKE MY WORD ON POWDER CHARGES. Like mentioned above, you can use a heavier bullet load data safely. Always go by the manual. If the bullet weight and or design is not listed then use a heavier bullet data and work up.
Bullseye and cast bullets The biggest trouble is a double charge does not show well but I have loaded to one grain putting bullet down near powder without worrying about getting slug stuck in barrel. By the way that is still a fairly dangerous load it is slow but will penetrate and kill went though possum.
