I love italian dressing as a marinade. And if you add a bit of Mesquite or Hickory (kraft) BBQ sauce it spices things up a bit too.

I am heading up to Salmon Idaho this weekend for bear again. They should be out and about and ready for a 180 gr bullet.

You can't imagine how many different ways of wild game I have seen brought in. There are people that will let it hang for over a week, people will put pepper ALL over it hoping to keep the flys away....

It went good, we got some nice images. Next time we should have some sponsors to have better prizes.. If you have ideas for next time please share them with me!

I like hunting deer / elk very much. Just being up in the hills is a great feeling. But I really love duck / goose hunting with a passion. You see more, you get more shots. But just being out is...
