Default Rossi Rio Grande 45-70 Anyone shooting these yet.....

Wondering if they are a good cast bullet candidate. Seems to be useful model, but wondering if they are able to be scoped too?? What strength loads can be used? Trapdoor, Marlin or Ruger???afish4570

Here it is Sept. and I see Gander Mt. listing the Rossi Rio Grande in 3030 on sale for $379. May not be a 94 Win. now costing over $1000 but price wise sounds like an affordable new gun. Any reports on these guns....afish4570
