    Exclamation Greetings From Michigan

New guy here. I followed the link over from cast boolits and decided to join up. Never can have too many sources of firearms wisdom. I hope that I can be of some value to you all down the road as well.

    Welcome to GunLoads, Bill.
If I can see it, I can hit it. Now, where did I put my glasses?

Ken, thank you (the others) for the welcome.

I started reloading about 15 years ago for 38/.357. I have added .270 min, .303 brit, 8mm mauser and 35 rem since then. I haven't actually cast anything yet. Still in the learning and acquiring stuff stage. My intitial interest was to load cast slugs for 12ga. I joined cast boolits to learn about that and am now looking at cast for all but the .270.

I have to admit that I am more of a "reloader" than a "handloader". The experimental side is beyond me at this time so I lean toward the tried and true. My goal is to match factory ballistics so that my reloads hit the same place as the "green box" loads. I have hit this very closely with the 303 and the 270. My wife and I have both taken deer with my reloads. Mission acomplished so far!
