    Default deer skinning

Notice nothing here so I will tell you how I clean my deer. I got a 35 ft crane out of salvage lost the truck and set it right on the ground and anchored. Mounted a light on the boom for clean after daylight. Mounted a tiedown to bed to hook skin to then I noose the deer around the neck. Cut hide around neck and down back bone (not the belly) lower the deer and attached to bed place a golfball under skin for grip then lift the the deer out of the skin. Remove the meat wash up and your done. Two guys that can handle a knife can do this in about 30 mins counting the bull that is talked.
