I'm not really a BP guy, but I have a TC Renegade that I bought from an ex-friend when was hurting for money. I've been trying to sell or trade it locally with no success.
I have three .454 handguns and a Puma lever gun, this one is my Taurus.
I shoot mostly home cast 310 to 330 grain gas checked boolits ahead of a healthy dose of Lil'Gun.
Of the powders mentioned, I've only used 2400, and it's not my powder of choice. However, with a 240 gr. jacketed bullet, I'd suggest your starting load be 18 gr. and a standard (non magnum) primer....
