    Hello everyone!

    I am an Army Engineer deployed in Afghanistan and found your site while enjoying some free time. I grew up learning to reload and hunt as a teenager. My first reloading projects were 12 gauge shotshells and my .35 Remington which I loaded with hand cast 150 gr RN bullets dropped from a Lee mold.

    I've been hunting all my life, and have been blessed with great assignments while serving our nation. I'll miss the duck, turkery, small game and deer seasons back in Wisconsin this year.

    I wish you all the best for a safe and happy hunting season. I look forward to reading the forums and participating the best I can. I enjoy the complete range of shooting from black powder to mordern, casting, pistol rifle, shotgun etc.

    Hopefully I can learn some new things and perhaps share an idea or two.

    Were it not for generations of men just like you doing what you're over there doing, we wouldn't have much of a life here. Stay focused and stay safe. There will be plenty of deer and birds waiting for you when you get back.
