Not a lot of help, but I have both 6.5TCU and .30/223 carbine barrels. I have barely begun testing the 6.5, but have done a lot with the .30/223. H335 is the powder to start with, but as to bullets it depends on the twist rate of your barrel, and that depends on who makes it. What make and length are you looking at and what do you plan to use it for, target or hunting?
If I can see it, I can hit it. Now, where did I put my glasses?
I believe its made by Thompson Center. gonna use it for target and varmint control. thank you for the info
it's one of the fav calibers for sillywet shooting , nicely accurate ( usually ) and doesnt beat one to death with recoil ( always a plus if you have to shot long strings such as in sillywets ) as for info ..hmmm , it was designed by wes ugalde as was the rest of the tcu series ( thomspon center ugalde ) , there's lots and lots of info and load data on the web , here's a quick link , some think it mite be the best of the bunch , but as always it's opinions :P

Fry,
You are indeed a sage.
maybe try this link: http://www.reloadersnest.com/frontpa...p?CaliberID=84
Great chamber for moderate targets/game but the 7-30Waters reigns superior... it can hardly be improved upon but they try with the Ackley shoulder.
Thanks,
Jimmy
