    Hi, new here. I've been a casual gun fan, owned a few here and there. Don't hunt much, mostly shoot animals I like to eat and a rogue tomcat now and then. My present guns are a JC Higgins model 85 22, a Thompson 45/410, Marlin HMR 17, a Uberti Sharps and a couple 1908 Mauser projects, probably a 22-250 and a 30-06. I hope to find a decent 7x57 Remington rolling block for my next purchase.
    I also make knives, raise a big garden, build as much of my own stuff as I can.
