How about the 500S&W in a marlin 1894.
Drop the .338 federal and bring up the .338-06.

EXPERIANCE ........Is something you gt 5mins after you needed it
try reedercustomguns.com Gary chambers leverguns in must straightwall cases up to the 50 Alaskan. The 500 S&W, 475 and 500 Linebaugh Max's make great guns to go with your hunting pistol in the same caliber. However in most pistol rounds the powder burn is finished in about 8 inches, so this will not be a long range gun, but a heavy hitter up close. Should make a great pig gun.
just my 2 cents worth
I like the 500 in handguns, got 2 of them, a regular production model and a Preformance Center gun. I dont mind the recoil in eather, but I shot one of those NEF Handy Rifles and you talk about recoil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn`t wnat a lever gun if it kick like those NEF`s.
A stainless levergun in 500 S&W Mag would be awesome!
