Right now I'm working up loads for a new Howa 1500 in .223. I also shoot a 6.5 mm mag rem. made out of a 03/a3 springfield as well as a Sako Finbear .300 Win Mag. Buying a varmint rifle during wintertime is tough because all I want to do is shoot it off a bench and there's not a single publicly accessible range anywhere in the Flathead Valley. I guess I need to scrape up some money and join a club.
