The Rifle is a Savage 110 L-D left handed 7mm Remington Magnum serial number 122XXX I was thinking it was mid 70's but now I'm thinking it might be early 60's.
And what does the -D signify?

This thread is somewhat old. Savage Serial numbers are diffucult to run down. Your best bet would be to contact Savage.

I do not think the left hand Savage was made in the 60's. I believe they started in the 70's!!
